We accept returns and exchanges for most items within the 15-day window. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect resalable condition.
  • All accessories (e.g., supplements, posters, free gifts) must be included.
  • You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Protecting Collectible Integrity

To uphold the value and exclusivity of our collectibles, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Digital content or access codes once they have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Personalised or custom-ordered items (e.g., magazines with special inscriptions).
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
  • Magazines or collectibles where the original seal or packaging has been broken. This is crucial. Much like a prized James Bond collector’s edition loses its value once opened, we cannot resell items that are no longer in mint, brand-new condition. This policy is core to our promise of providing only “official, brand-new publications.”
