Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, connecting fans across the globe! However, due to carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote regions and some parts of Asia. If you have a specific concern about your location, please contact our team before ordering.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two tailored services:
- 🚀 Standard Express (DHL / FedEx): £12.95. Your order will be delivered 10-15 days after dispatch. Tracked, reliable, and perfect for that urgent House of the Dragon collectible or latest Billie Eilish feature.
- 🌍 Free Global Shipping (EMS): FREE on all orders over £50. Delivery takes 15-25 days after dispatch. This economical option is ideal for collectors building their perfect haul of James Bond retrospectives or Heartstopper specials.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Every magazine is packed with care at our Manchester HQ. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. The delivery time then depends on the shipping method you selected (see above).
Can I track my order?
Yes! Our Standard Express service via DHL/FedEx includes full tracking. You will receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. Our Free Global Shipping (EMS) may have limited tracking depending on the destination.

We want your connection to your fandom to be perfect. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Items must be in original, resalable condition.
My magazine arrived damaged. What should I do?
We treat every magazine like the collectible it is, but sometimes carriers have other ideas. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll resolve this for you promptly.
